As of June 1st, Delta Holding will have a new management structure – Managing Board and Executive Board take over managing role in the company from the president of the company and Board of Directors.
Miroslav Mišković, outgoing president of Delta Holding, from now on takes the role of Chairman of the Managing Board. In his new role, Mr. Mišković plans to abandon operational management of the Company and direct his extensive knowledge and experience towards three areas he considers crucial for Delta Hodling’s development and development of the society as a whole. He will devote his efforts to international expansion of Delta Holding, work with young people in the Company, i.e. shaping of future management, and development of villages in Serbia, particularly through company project “Our Village”.
Delta Holding operations will be overseen by the Executive Board, which will be chaired by new CEO Milka Vojvodić, long-time Senior Vice President of Finance and Economy. Executive Board will consist of the company’s vice presidents and CEOs of Delta Holding member companies.
“At the moment when we are celebrating 30 years of work and when we are preparing to move into our new, state-of-the-art office building, it is just the right time to introduce changes in the management of our company”, said Miroslav Mišković. “Changes will bring progress because Delta Holding has experienced management it has built for three decades. We have a well-established system that does not depend on one man, which we demonstrated in very complex situations. The new management structure is yet another step towards 21st century Delta Holding, whose mission remains the same – to create and develop successful companies – but the companies which will be more and more digitally oriented, as is the case with our new project – Ananas.”

Delta Holding expects that the new organizational structure will accelerate growth of the company, which marks its 30th anniversary this year. Outgoing president of the company will have the opportunity to use his extensive experience to build strategy and vision of future development, whereas experienced management gathered in the Executive Board guarantees that the company will continue with its successful operations in the future.
Milka Vojvodić, the new Delta Holding CEO, graduated from the Faculty of Economics in Belgrade. She has been with the Company since its foundation in 1991. She held the positions of Chief Financial Officer, Delta M CEO, Assistant to Delta M Group CEO for economic relations, and has served as Delta Holding’s Senior Vice President of Finance and Economy for many years.
