Lev Ratnovski is the new IMF Resident Representative for Serbia.
Previously, Mr. Ratnovski covered at the IMF in Washington the euro area and the EU’s economic policies, worked on the U.S., Canada, and Korea desks and on multilateral policy issues, and wasLead Economist at the European Central Bank in Frankfurt.
Mr. Ratnovski, a Portuguese national, started his career at the Bank of England after receiving Ph.D. from the University of Amsterdam.
