H.E. Tanju Bilgiç (46) graduated from the International Faculty of Political Science at the University of Ankara, received his Master’s degree from the University of Padova Human Rights and Democratisation Programme and completed his PhD in International Relations at the Institute of Social Sciences of Gazi University.
