Generali Insurance Serbia presents a novelty on the domestic insurance market – free call and chat from abroad in case of emergency medical assistance. Clients who purchase travel insurance from 1 June can contact a duty assistance centre free of charge via the mobile application Generali Serbia available in the App and the Google Play Store. There are two options available: chat and call. Only a WiFi network is required for free communication with an assisting officer.

“Generali Insurance Serbia is a company that keeps the client in the centre of its business, and always strives to develop its services to provide better service to its customers. The cost of a roaming call can sometimes be higher than the cost of the client’s intervention during the stay abroad. In order to provide the client with the most favourable service, we have created options for free calls and chats when registering travel insurance damages while staying abroad”, said Vladimir Milosavljević, Director of the Residents Directorate, announcing further development of this functionality for other types of insurance.

“Free calling and chat while abroad will greatly help our customers when they find themselves in a bad situation out of the country,” added Vladimir Milosavljević. Generali Insurance Serbia has a leading role in the insurance market when it comes to innovation in the sphere of digitization. The company’s goal is to increase the satisfaction of its clients by introducing new technologies.
