This award is given by the eponymous independent international institute based in The Netherlands.

The certification encompasses a long research process and the first step is a company’s participation in the HR Best Practices Survey, followed by an HR auditing process carried out by the independent auditors of the Grant Thorton Institute.

“This certification is a reflection of our continuous work and the efforts of our employees in providing the best possible working conditions and in attracting, developing and retaining incredibly talented people,” said Bojana Vasiljevic, HR Manager at PepsiCo Serbia.
