Mila Korugić Milošević has been appointed as the new chairwoman of the Managing Board of Komercijalna Banka Belgrade, according to a decision brought by the bank’s Shareholders’ Assembly.
The Shareholders’ Assembly session of 29th January 2018 saw the incumbent chairman, Vladimir Krulj, relieved of his duties, while the newly appointed chairwoman was confirmed in that position for the next four-year period.
The same session also saw Mats Kjaer relieved of his duties as an independent member of the Komercijalna Bank Managing Board, to be replaced by Javed Hamid, who was also appointed for a period of four years.
The Komercijalna Banka Shareholders’ Assembly also used this session to adopt the bank’s strategy and business plan for the 2018-2020 period.
